These informational sessions are designed to help future residents learn everything they need to know about becoming part of the Karwick Village cooperative community model.

Understand the Qualifying Criteria. We will provide clear information about what is required to be considered for residency, including income requirements, background checks, and other key criteria.
Navigate the Application Process. We’ll walk you through our application timeline, required documents, and selection process so you know what to expect when applications open in August.
Explore Cooperative Living. Explore the unique advantages of cooperative living, including shared decision-making, community empowerment, and mutual support. We’ll also cover the rights and responsibilities that come with being a cooperative member. This information will help you determine if cooperative living aligns with your lifestyle and values.
