After months of careful planning and design selection, we’re beyond excited to give you the first look at what will become the heart of the new units at Karwick Village, the kitchens in the individual units. We’ve continued to work with Molly Hannon, who also helped us design the exteriors at Karwick Village. The goal was to create beautiful, functional spaces for our future residents.

These kitchens are built to be both beautiful and built for real life. That’s why we’ve curated every element to create spaces that feel comfortable, classic, and warm but work effortlessly for our residents’ daily routine.

The foundation starts with a gorgeous luxury vinyl flooring that captures all the warmth and character of wide-plank oak. This gives the space a rich, natural wood look with the durability to handle whatever life brings. Above, soft gray wood-tone cabinets in timeless Shaker style provide abundant storage while maintaining clean, classic lines that will never go out of style.
Our countertops are where form truly meets function. We’ve selected stunning Formica surfaces that perfectly mimic Mediterranean marble in a sophisticated sandy gray tone. These kitchens will feature the coveted natural stone aesthetic, complemented by the practical benefits of easy maintenance and lasting durability.

The backdrop of Benjamin Moore’s Wind’s Breath paint creates an airy, serene atmosphere that makes the kitchen feel spacious and inviting. And, of course, stainless steel appliances complete the package, offering both function and beauty.
