Earlier this week, we shared a construction update featuring updates on our groundwork at Karwick Village. Before long, we will be framing out the first three units! We are so thrilled to be building homes, but as they rise from the ground, we are reminded that we are building so much more. We aren’t just framing homes; we’re framing futures!

Residential Buildings #1 and #3, shown on the site plan below, are underway and fully funded. We are actively fundraising for Residential Building #4, which will house up to 6 more individuals. Residential Building #5 comes after that. The Community Building, #2, will be part of phase 2 construction.
