In our final construction update of 2025, we are grateful to be nearing the finishing line on our first residential units at Karwick Village. And these finishing touches are coming at precisely the right time as the winter weather turns. Crews continue indoors to bring these units to life for our incoming residents later this month.
We have rented our first six units at Karwick Village, and we expect our first residents to move very soon. Our first completed tri-plex is approved for occupancy, and there are just a few preparations to go before moving day. In our second tri-plex building, we are working on interior trims, including cabinets, plumbing, and electrical. We expect these units to be completed in mid-December with a move-in date shortly thereafter. Our goal is to have all units ready for move-in at Karwick Village by the new year.
Work continues on the remaining foundations and sidewalks. This brave team is working against the weather to make progress on the next phase of our project, which includes two more residential tri-plex buildings and the Community Center.
This is such an exciting time as we get ready to welcome the first residents home to Karwick Village and gear up for our second phase of construction at Karwick Village.
