The Karwick Village Community Center: The Heart of The Village

With residents slated to move in late 2025, the Karwick Village Community Center becomes our next priority in this project. This vital building serves as the community’s living room, a shared dining room for community meals, and offers laundry facilities. It is here that the community will come together as a cooperative. Support networks are formed here, connections are made, and lifelong friendships are forged. We need your support as we work to build the community center, a key gathering spot for Karwick Village. We are actively seeking donations, as well as gift-in-kind materials and services.

How You Can Help

While monetary donations are crucial, we recognize that our community’s greatest strength lies in its diverse skills, connections, and resources. We’re seeking both financial contributions and gifts-in-kind that will help us build this space together. If you have any of the materials below, we’d love to hear from you. We are also actively looking for those in the building industry who would be willing to give a day of service and donate their time and skill set to this project.

We are approaching this build in stages, with a total of five stages. Right now, we are focusing on gift-in-kind donations for stages 1 & 2. However, please note that if you have a gift-in-kind item that would be ideal for further on in this project, we would love to connect with you.
