Karwick Village continues to reach exciting milestones! With spring’s foundation work behind us, we’re now seeing the rapid vertical progress that makes the thought of welcoming future residents to Karwick Village possible. Today, we would like to give you another brief construction update on buildings #1 & #2, which comprise six individual rental units at Karwick Village.
Residential Building #1: Fully Framed and Ready for Exterior Work
We’re thrilled to announce that Building #1 has reached a significant milestone: framing is complete! The skeleton of our first residential building now stands ready for the next phase of construction. Over the next 2-4 weeks, crews will begin installing windows and doors, applying siding, and completing the roofing system. This exterior work will not only protect the structure from the elements but will also give our community its first real glimpse of what these new homes will look like.
Residential Building #2: Concrete Work This Week
Building #2 is progressing steadily through its foundation phase. The concrete floor and porch are scheduled to be poured this week and next, creating the solid base needed for the structure above. Once this concrete work is complete and has properly cured, framing for the second building will begin in 2-3 weeks, following the same successful approach we used for Building #1.
Infrastructure: Connecting to Essential Services
Behind the scenes, we’re also tackling the crucial infrastructure work that will serve both residential buildings. The sewer line installation on the property is expected to commence this week and be completed by next week. This utility work is essential for ensuring that both buildings will have proper waste management systems in place when residents move in.

With Building #1 entering its exterior phase and Building #2 progressing through its foundation work, we’re entering an exciting period where both structures will advance simultaneously.
